How do I get an accurate cost estimate for my art?
Simply fax (713-774-0882) or E-Mail your art to us and we will give you a free quote with quantity breaks - no obligation, or you can simply fill out quote on our site.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
About 1 week for new artwork, then a few days for the embroidery. If your artwork is already on file, then we can ship normally within 7-10 days on most items.

What form of art is required?
You can E-Mail art in JPEG format - either black & white or color.
- You can fax a clean black & white art shot, but we must be able to see the small detail in the design to reproduce it.
- You can mail us a black & white or color print out
- again it must be large enough to see detail.

How do you ship?
We use UPS ground unless you specify a higher level UPS service. We can use UPS 3 day, 2 day or next day for an extra charge.

How long does UPS Ground service take?
We ship from our plant/warehouse in Houston, Texas so the following applies:
- Shipping to the Western 1/4 US - 1 to 2 days.
- Shipping to the Western 1/2 US - 2 to 3 days.
- Shipping to the Eastern 1/2 US - 3 to 4 days.
- Shipping to the Eastern 1/4 US - 4 to 5 days.

How do I estimate my costs without calling?
If your logo is for a cap or left chest location, then art set up fees should range from $50 to $100

- Cap or left chest designs have stitch ranges between 3K and 15K, Approx. $5 to $10.

- If your logo is for a full front or jacket back, then art set up fees should range from $100 and up, Embroidery cost to be determined

- Full front or back designs have stitch ranges from 40K to 100K

- All items are subject to quanity price breaks

How do I know your work is quality?
We are a family owned and operated business since 1990. One of the owners has an extensive industrial background of 15 years in the business. The key to good embroidery is good digitizing - we do all of our art IN HOUSE for quality control. All of our work is guaranteed. Our family members personally inspect every order before it is shipped.

What size orders can you handle?
We do most anything between individual custom orders to large national restaurants and corporate accounts. Anything between 1 and several thousand pieces.
